Kelley Folino serves as Chief of Staff where she advises Chairman Paulson on the Paulson Institute’s efforts to foster a US-China relationship operating at the intersection of economics, financial markets, and environmental protection by promoting market-based solutions to ensure green economic growth.
Kelley works closely with the Institute’s leadership team to develop and execute on our strategic plans and manages the Institute’s operations.
Having worked at the national as well as state levels of government, Kelley brings experience as a proven innovative political advisor to the Paulson Institute. Most recently, she was a Deputy Chief of Staff in the office of Illinois Governor Rauner where she managed public engagement and international affairs. Previously, she was Chief of Staff to Congressman Bob Dold. She’s been a senior political advisor and campaign manager and fundraiser on numerous campaigns.
Kelley holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Michigan State University.
