Georgia Miocinovic leads the Human Resources function at the Paulson Institute, reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer. Her primary goal is to align the HR strategies with the Institute’s overall objectives while finding a balance between the Institute’s needs and those of its employees.

Georgia has a passion for Human Resources. She obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Business with an emphasis in Human Resources at Illinois State University. She went on to earn her Master’s in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from Loyola University Chicago. Georgia came to the Paulson Institute with 16 years of Human Resources experience, during which time she worked in various industries and supported them in leading HR through acquisitions, creating HR structures, streamlining processes for entrepreneurial organizations, and promoting corporate responsibility.
